A fire broke out in a frozen warehouse in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, at around 11:40 pm on the 5th.



The fire department issued the first stage of response and began to extinguish the fire all night long, and the first stage of response was lifted as the fire was extinguished at around 7 am this morning.



However, around 9:20 a.m., the fire suddenly began to soar again, and the second level of response was issued.

In the process, five firefighters who entered the building lost contact.



Two of them escaped on their own, but the other three were found only around 1 pm and taken to the hospital, but eventually died. 



Firefighters are aware that firefighters are isolated in the process of rapid re-spreading of the fire.
