At that time, it is known that Mr. A's buffet restaurant operated the restaurant in such a way that the employee served the main dish to the customer once and then the customer could take more of the main dish from the buffet bar.



During the trial, Mr. A said, "After the gathering ban was imposed, the main dish, sushi, was served directly, and the business type was changed so that customers only bring side dishes such as salads and desserts." However, the court, examining the statements of the restaurant customers and the way the restaurant provided food, said, "At first, Mr. A's shop brings a plate of sushi to their seat, and then customers who want to eat more eat the sushi displayed at the buffet bar ( It seems to have been operated),” he said, stating that it should be considered as a 'buffet-style' business.
