After the court's decision, the quarantine authorities said, "The quarantine pass is a necessary system."



Currently, only 6.2% of adults are unvaccinated, the statistics reiterated that they account for 53% of severe cases and deaths.



However, according to the court's decision, it is no longer possible to immediately apply the quarantine pass for adults in private academies, reading rooms, and study cafes.



The introduction of the youth quarantine pass, which was going to be implemented from March, also became unclear.



We cannot rule out the possibility that this court decision will spread to other industries that apply the quarantine pass, such as restaurants, cafes, karaoke rooms, and sports facilities.



The court said, "The risk of spreading the infection among unvaccinated people is not significantly greater than those of those who are vaccinated.



This means that the quarantine pass should not act as a disadvantage to those who are not vaccinated, and the same can be applied to restaurants, cafes, and indoor sports facilities.



If the same logic is applied to other quarantine pass lawsuits, the very foundation of the quarantine pass policy itself may be shaken.
