<Reporter> The

Incheon inter-floor noise and knife riot incident that shook up the life of a single family, and the victims' families are unable to escape from the pain of that day.

[Victim family: I even thought about dying a while ago. Living isn't fun. Where do I go to complain?] The

police, caught in the controversy over poor response, have been evading responsibility until now, saying they can't remember.

This is why the victim's family decided to file a criminal complaint.

In the process of being investigated by the prosecution recently, I also saw a 10-minute CCTV video of the scene, and the victim's family claimed that they confirmed the behavior of the police officer who seemed to leave the scene even after knowing that he had made a fatal attack with a weapon.

[Victim family: CCTV was close-up, and while pretending to cut a knife around his neck, he talked to a male police officer as if screaming like this. But it turned out that (a male police officer) pushed the woman on the back and told her to go downstairs, and he followed him down too. My daughter screamed from above and there was a commotion... .]

Also, on the day of the incident, before the knife riot occurred, even though the police met the perpetrator with blood on his hand, he criticized that the tragedy occurred because he did not actively respond.

The victim's family files a complaint with the prosecution the day after tomorrow.

The request is to investigate the two police officers who were dispatched to the scene at the time on charges of negligence, etc.

The victim's family is expected to testify about the damage once again by attending the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency's Metropolitan Investigation Unit, which is investigating the case of insolvency of the police on the afternoon of the next day.
