On the 7th of October, at about 6 pm, when Mr. A was caught watching his daughter B taking a bath at his residence, he went into the bathroom and was sent to trial on charges of forcibly molesting his naked daughter.
At the time, it is said that B screamed and avoided Mr. A, went into the room, locked the door, and reported to the police with the help of people around him.
It is known that Mr. A started living together in April 2019, when Mr. B divorced when he was 3 years old and lived separately, when his daughter became an adult.
Mr. A claimed that he did not intentionally molest him during the trial, but the court did not accept this.
The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The guilt is heavy in light of the circumstances and methods of the crime of coercion."
