late So-seon Lee, who was called the mother of the martyr Jeon Tae-il and the godmother of the labor movement, testified about the miserable lives of the workers at a demonstration held at the Korea University library in May 1980. He was arrested on the charge of shouting.

military court sentenced him to one year in prison for violating the martial law, and in September 2011, Ms. Lee closed her eyes with the conviction buried in her chest.



In April of last year, 10 years after that, the prosecution requested a retrial ex officio, and the court acquitted him today.



It has been 41 years since the sentencing during the new military service.



Prosecutors pleaded not guilty to Ms. Lee, saying, "What Chun Doo-hwan committed after the 12/12 military uprising was a crime that destroyed constitutional order." It is an act, so it is not a crime.”
