I also recently received three phone calls to promote candidate Huh Kyung-young. At first, there was also an article certifying that a call came, and many people enjoyed it, but recently, complaints have grown saying that they come too often.

Are there any legal problems, how do you make phone calls, and how do you know the number?

We covered everything about Heo Kyung-young's phone.

Let's fact-check from the point that it is already a violation of the Election Act to make publicity calls. First, let's listen to the details of the phone call.

[The first step to changing the future of Korea is a courageous vote. It was the presidential candidate Huh Kyung-young.] The

Public Official Election Act states that anyone can invite participation in voting. It is illegal to ask for me to be elected when it is not during the election campaign period, but it is okay to invite voters to participate. After all, it is not a violation of the election law.

Next, the question is, how do you get so many people to call you? I asked Candidate Heo, and he said he didn't know the specifics because he left it to the company.

However, the length of the call is about 10 seconds, and it is said that if they succeeded 12 million times based on the people who listened for 10 seconds, they gave money to the contract. Twelve million currency... There will be quite a few people who don't listen to the end, so I'll have to make a lot of phone calls.

Candidate Huh pointed out that in order to be successful 12 million times, it needs to be rotated about 40 to 50 million times.

A lot of people asked how much it cost. Candidate Huh's side said it would be around 10 to 20 won per call, but in fact, our team contacted about 4 companies that returned the phone to find out the market price.

There was a slight difference, but in general, it is said that 1 won per second is enough. Candidate Heo's phone call is 10 seconds, so there is a high chance that it will cost around 10 won per call. Businesses say they often hang up calls between 10 and 13 seconds. That's why it's common to sign contracts around 10 seconds.

Based on the people who have heard it before, if you succeed 12 million times, you signed a contract with money, so if you do a simple calculation, it will be around 120 million won for 10 won each.

Last. How did you get your personal phone number? According to the vendors, it is most likely that these calls are RDD.

RDD method, put simply, random dialing. You can legally know the number of mobile phone numbers from each carrier through the Korea Communications Commission. There, in the last four digits, the numbers 0001 to 9999 are put in and the phone is randomly rotated.

If you look at the opinion poll article, the survey was conducted using the RDD method... Have you seen this phrase a lot? that it is similar.

Candidate Huh's side said they would consider a way to not make phone calls in busy places, however, as the media did not cover him well, he had no choice but to mobilize all possible methods within the legal scope.
