A man in his 40s who violated the court's restraining order and assaulted his divorced ex-wife has been arrested.

The Incheon Gyeyang Police Station announced yesterday (19th) that it had arrested Mr.

Oh Seung-jun, the judge in charge of warrants at the Incheon District Court, issued an arrest warrant for Mr.

Mr. A is accused of forcibly opening the door of an office in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, where his ex-wife B works, at around 6 pm on the 17th, and hitting Mr. B several times with fists and feet and injuring him.

Person A took a weapon at the time of the incident, but did not use it, and it was found that Mr. B's cell phone was also broken to prevent a police report.

Person B, who was injured in the face, filed a 112 report with the smart watch that was provided to the police for personal protection earlier, and Mr. A was arrested as a current criminal by the police who arrived at the scene.

As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that Mr. A went to see Mr. B on the 2nd, and got in a vehicle to get around.

At that time, the police did not apply the charges of confinement to A according to B's statement that "I got in the car by myself and was not incarcerated", but requested a temporary measure from the prosecution.

The court accepted this and issued a temporary measure to Mr. A not to approach Mr. B's residence, workplace, or near children.

Person A is known to have stated in a police investigation that "Mr B committed the crime because he was angry at meeting another man."

A police official said, "At the time when the arrest-related report came in, I persuaded Mr. B to investigate, but it was difficult to establish a confinement charge by stating that he got into a car voluntarily. I was given a smart watch,” he said.
