today (18th), strong social distancing has started again. Regardless of location, private gatherings are limited to a maximum of 4 people, and multi-use facilities such as restaurants and cafes close early. If even one unvaccinated person participates in a religious event, the number of people admitted will be greatly reduced.

today, private gatherings are allowed for up to 4 people regardless of metropolitan area or non-metropolitan area.

The business hours of multi-use facilities such as restaurants, cafes, and gyms will also be reduced to 9 pm.

Cinemas and theaters close at 10pm.

The number of people entering religious facilities will also be reduced.

Up to 70% of the capacity is allowed if only those who have completed inoculation participate in a legal meeting, mass, or worship service.

However, if non-vaccinated people are included, the number of seats will be significantly reduced to 30% of the total seats.

Also, in this case, attendance is limited to a maximum of 299 people.

The quarantine authorities explained that they are implementing two measures in terms of guaranteeing religious activities even for those who are not vaccinated.

Although the quarantine pass was not applied to religious facilities, it is evaluated that it is rather a stronger measure as the number of allowed people will greatly decrease if unvaccinated people are included.

Activities that generate a lot of splashes, such as eating and drinking in religious facilities or praying together in a loud voice, are also prohibited.

Up to 4 people can participate in small group religious activities, only those who have completed the vaccination.

This quarantine strengthening measure will be in effect for 16 days until the 2nd of the next month.
