Kim Yong-ho, a former entertainment reporter from the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute', was handed over to the prosecution on charges of forcibly molesting a woman.

The Busan Haeundae Police Station announced yesterday (16th) that they had forwarded YouTuber Kim Yong-ho to the prosecution on charges of sexual assault.

A woman, who claimed that Kim was forcibly molested at a meat restaurant located in Haeundae-gu, Busan in July 2019, filed a complaint with the video evidence filmed at the time to the Busan Haeundae Police Station at the end of September.

As a result of the police investigation for nearly three months, it was confirmed that the case was handed over to the prosecution after seeing that Kim's allegation of sexual assault was acknowledged.

In the video of the situation at the time, it was reported that there was a scene where Mr. Kim hugged Mr. A and touched a part of his body, but Mr. A refused to do so.

At the time of the prosecution, Mr. Kim and his legal representative denied the allegations and said, "What I did now after not filing a complaint for two years is that it is presumed that another person with bad feelings with Mr. Kim encouraged Mr. A to file a complaint."

Kim Yong-ho, who became famous for his exposure to the entertainment and political circles on YouTube's 'Garosero Research Institute', said, "When I found out that there was another monster inside of me, I had to stop before it ran further. I heard," and announced that he would stop his YouTube activities.

Kim returned to his YouTube channel, 'Kim Yong-ho, Entertainment Manager' on the 5th.
