When people who saw the accident gathered around, the driver got out of the car and pushed the witness and quarreled with the citizens.
As a result of the police's breathalyzer test, it is known that the blood alcohol level of the driver, a woman in her 50s, was 0.12% intoxicated, far exceeding the driver's license revocation standard.
A witness to the accident told SBS, 'When the driver was drunk and tried to drive his car, which had been entrusted with valet parking, the parking agents stopped him, but he overcame it and got into the car and caused an accident.'
Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident against the woman.
