Recently, in Jeju Island, red sea bream has achieved an untimely abundance.

It is argued that this was a precursor to the 4.9 magnitude earthquake that occurred on Jeju the day before (14th).

This is the Busan Joint Fish Market on the 14th.

Red sea bream are stacked on the floor.

On the night of the 13th, about 25,000 red sea bream caught in the eastern seas of Jeju were sold for 150 million won after being sold in Busan.

A fish market official said, 'It is quite unusual for red sea bream to be caught and sold in large quantities during the adult mackerel season.'

The next day after the red sea bream was caught in large quantities, a magnitude 4.9 earthquake occurred in the waters southwest of Jeju Island.

However, experts say that there is no scientific basis, but the US Geological Survey pointed out that the collective behavior of animals is not scientific because the cause is unknown and inconsistent.
