After the court's ruling to cancel the disposition of the correct answer to question 20 of the 2022 SAT Life Science 2, Kang Tae-joong, President of the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation, issued a public apology.
Director Kang said that he would resign from his position with a sense of responsibility, saying that he accepts this judgment with a heavy and humble heart.
He also promised that the evaluator would deeply reflect on the situation and come up with a plan to be reborn as soon as possible.
He added that he will do his best to avoid any further confusion in the remaining college admissions process, and that as previously announced, transcripts will be provided to Life Science 2 applicants from 6 pm on the 15th.
