A 40-year-old man has been sentenced to death by kicking the vital point of a man who had an affair with his wife.

Today (15th), the 12th Criminal Division of the Gwangju District Court (Director Noh Jae-ho) sentenced a man in his 40s who was charged with assault and murder to two years in prison.

On July 16, Mr. A, who suspected his wife's affair, went to a business run by his wife, and found Mr. B, a man in his 50s who had a relationship with his wife in the past.

Last year, Mr. A warned Mr. B not to contact his wife and not to enter the business, but when Mr. B was at the business again, he asked, “Why are you here?” and replied, “He helps.” I grabbed Mr. B by the neck and started fighting.

It was investigated that Mr. B hit the head and pushed his body over Mr. A's nonsense, and Mr. A was so angry that he wielded violence several times and then kicked Mr. B's under the chin twice.

In the process, Mr. B was struck with a sharp blow, which led to intra-abdominal bleeding and died within 6 hours of treatment.

In the end, A was put on trial for assaulting and killing B.

The court said, "Although the accused committed the crime with only 'intention to assault', he could never be free from the consequences because he lost one person's life." I need to do it,” he pointed out.

He continued, "However, considering that Mr. B suddenly met and fought with Mr. A after continuing to contact and visit Mr. A's wife, who was reluctant to meet even as a guest, there are circumstances that should be taken into account for Mr. A's crime scene. It can be seen that Mr. B is also responsible for the occurrence of assault, which is a basic crime."

The court said, "It seems that it would have been difficult to predict easily that Mr. A would inflict fatal wounds on Mr. B during the assault on both sides, that Mr. A acknowledged and reflected on his mistakes, and that he had no criminal history. decided,” he said.
