, the prosecution has also been investigating the allegation that former general manager Yoo pressured Hwang Moo-seong, then president of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, to resign in 2015. A recording of specific circumstances was also released, but the investigation into whether there was a higher level pressured to resign after the death of former general manager Yoo seems to be hindered.

In February 2015, the former president of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, Hwang Moo-seong, resigned after less than half of his term of office was completed.

After that, former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu was promoted to acting as the president, and the Daejang-dong development project proceeded smoothly.

The person who persuaded Hwang to resign at the time was the deceased former general manager Yuhan-ki.

[Hwang Moo-seong / Former President of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation (last October, SBS interview): I think it was around the time the Daejang-dong project announcement was published. As the finite period comes almost every day... .] In

the 40-minute transcript released by former president Hwang, the word that seemed to refer to candidate Lee Jae-myung, then mayor of Seongnam, appeared seven times.

Yoo also mentioned Yoo Dong-gyu, the former general manager, and Jeong Jin-sang, the former head of the Seongnam City Policy Office, who were behind the forced resignation.

Therefore, if Yoo was arrested, he was forced to resign and an investigation by the superior was inevitable.

Forced resignation can be applied to charges of abuse of power, but the statute of limitations was only two months left until February of next year.

If there was no superior line, Mr. Yoo himself would have to take responsibility, and it is estimated that he struggled because revealing his superior line could cause a big stir.

Former President Hwang sent a long text message to Yoo early last month, encouraging him to declare his conscience, but Yoo did not reply.

The prosecution, which has not produced any significant results after the indictment of the four men in Daejang-dong, was planning to speed up the investigation again with the request for an arrest warrant for Yoo, but setbacks were inevitable due to the death of Yoo.

Prosecutors said, "It is regrettable" to the news of Yoo's death, but "there was no problem in the investigation process."
