Following Daejang-dong, Seongnam-si, the apartment development project in Baekhyeon-dong is also in conflict between the city and the developer over usage inspection.

According to the city on the 1st, the apartment complex in Baekhyeon-dong has 15 buildings and 1,223 households, and the move-in started in June.

Prior to moving in, the city completed the inspection for each apartment building on June 9, but in the case of community centers attached to retaining walls, the inspection was put on hold and a safety inspection report from the Korean Society of Geotechnical Engineers and the Korean Institute of Architects was submitted. asked for 'B'.

The retaining wall of the Baekhyeon-dong apartment building is 300 meters long and 50 meters high, and it has been pointed out that there is a possibility of violating the law, and a public interest audit by the Board of Audit and Inspection has been requested.

However, Seongnam R&DPFV only submitted a report to the Korean Institute of Architecture and did not submit a report to the Korean Geotechnical Society, and the city of Seongnam rejected the application for use inspection for the entire apartment complex on September 14th.

Previously, Seongnam R&DPFV filed an administrative lawsuit with the Suwon District Court on June 15, saying that it is unfair to only complete the inspection for each dong rather than the entire apartment complex, and is awaiting sentencing on the 24th.

An official from Seongnam City said, "As the use inspection of the entire apartment complex is not completed, land preservation registration is not performed, so residents may have difficulties in exercising their property rights. I will watch the judgment," he said.

An Asian Developer official who participated in the implementation company said, "In addition to the Korean Society of Geotechnical Engineers, we have submitted safety inspection reports from a number of external organizations to Seongnam City." said.

In the case of the Daejang-dong development project, the completion date is scheduled for the 31st of this month, but the schedule for the final development plan change approval and joint inspection will be delayed, so it is expected that the completion approval (construction completion notice) will not be possible until March next year.

As a result, as in the Baekhyeon-dong apartment, there is a controversy over restrictions on the exercise of property rights by residents.
