The Gyeonggi-do Special Judicial Police Corps discovered 51 people who violated the Mountain Management Act.

The damaged mountain area is about 36,981 square meters, the size of five soccer fields.

They are accused of installing facilities or creating agricultural land in mountainous areas without permission.

The violations included 26 cases of illegal installation of facilities, 4 cases of illegal shipbuilding on farmland, 5 cases of illegal construction of parking lots, and 2 cases of illegal cemetery construction.

The special envoy plans to hand over the 51 cases caught to the prosecution and notify the city and county to take measures to restore them.
