Mr. Kim in his 40s, who was caught in cooperation with the local police, is the general manager of a large-scale illegal gambling site operated mainly in Southeast Asia.



The police arrested 130 people, including Kim, on charges of opening a gambling establishment and organizing a criminal group, and nine of them were arrested.
