It is reported that six former employees who filed the complaint allege that Chairman Kim was in arrears in wages of hundreds to tens of millions of won per employee. 



Chairman Kim was also listed on the list of high-amount and habitual local tax delinquents released by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in November 2019.

He was in arrears of 2.442 billion won at the time and is being tried on charges of tax evasion under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Economic Crimes.
