Kim Mo, who stabbed and killed a woman in her 30s in Jung-gu, Seoul, was arrested.
On the afternoon of the 22nd, the Seoul Central District Court held a warrant review against Mr. Kim, who was requested for an arrest warrant for murder.
The court issued an arrest warrant for Kim, stating that there is a risk of running away after the crime charges have been clarified.
Earlier, on the 19th, Kim was arrested by the police on charges of killing his ex-girlfriend with a knife at an officetel in Jeo-dong, Jung-gu.
