'toll underpass' was opened in September on the western arterial road in Seoul, which is a habitually congested section. Only vehicles with a body lower than 3 meters can enter it, but large vehicles are caught trying to enter, and it happens about once every three days.

The SBS social media video mug team visited the scene to see why the same accident is repeated and there is no sharp solution.

One bus breaks through the ceiling structure one after another as it passes through the tunnel.

These are the events that took place on the West Arterial Underground Road, which opened on September 1st.

Due to the height of the road, only vehicles less than 3m can pass, but a vehicle larger than this entered and caused an accident.

A total of 19 accidents occurred during the two months from the opening to the end of October, which is about once every three days.

At this time, traffic jams not only on the underpass but also around the western arterial road.

I visited the underground road during the daytime on a weekday.

It's easy to spot a large vehicle crashing into a height-restricted facility and hastily moving into the lane.

There are several signs limiting entry from a few hundred meters ahead, but they are not functioning properly.

This is happening because there are few roads with a height limit of 3m in Korea.
