On the same day, three men and women in their early 20s were arrested by the police in Gwanak-gu, Seoul.

The Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced today (15th) that they are investigating three people, including a 21-year-old man named Kim, on charges of the Narcotics Control Act.

Kim reported to the police on the 12th at around 4:10 pm, saying, "It seems that the drug organization has harmed my family."

I hung up the phone without saying anything else, but after about 40 minutes, I came to a district office in Sillim-dong, which is near my house.

In front of the police, Mr. Kim was arguing with drug slang.

When suspicious police searched Kim's house, several syringes were found.

When Kim's urine was collected and a simple reagent test was conducted, it was found to be drug-positive.

On the same day, at about 8:50 pm, at a hotel in Bongcheon-dong, 3 km from Kim's home, a 24-year-old man and woman were urgently arrested.

They also voluntarily reported, saying, "Please come over for a moment," and they were caught.

A simple reagent test resulted in a positive drug test.

It was investigated that the lovers, who were in love, entered the hotel with methamphetamine bought on social media and administered it.

The police plan to call each of the three arrested on the day and investigate the purchase route.

The number of drug offenders in their 20s is increasing rapidly from 2,118 in 2018 to 3521 in 2019 and 4,493 in 2020.
