The Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) announced that it would hold a large-scale rally in downtown Seoul today (13th), and the police announced a policy to block the rally.

The Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) announced a rally plan to hold a national workers' conference at a distance of 70 meters from each other after dividing them into 20 groups of 499 people on Sejong-daero in front of Gwanghwamun from 2 pm today.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government did not permit this, considering it to be a single gathering of 10,000 people in one place, but the KCTU decided to carry out the assembly.

The police saw this assembly as an illegal assembly and said that they would block the assembly from the gathering stage using available equipment and police units across the country.
