A man in his 20s, who is accused of illegally filming for five years, was caught by a detective who happened to be out for a walk on a day off.

Detective Lee Hyung-seok of the Seocho Police Station in Seoul, who went for a walk in Yangjaecheon on the night of the 3rd, found a man closely following two middle school girls.

At first, they said they thought they were a party, but when the students turned the corner, they saw a man holding a cell phone at an unnatural angle, and the so-called 'detective tip' was activated.

After a while, the students stopped at a nearby bus stop, and the man following closely followed the students. The moment the man slowly lowered his arms and pointed the camera lens of his cell phone toward the students, the detective was convinced of the illegal filming and arrested the man. Caught.

The man's cell phone, who admitted to the crime, was flooded with illegal footage taken on the street and on public transportation.

Some were even filmed five years ago.

The police booked the man on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.

Detective Lee Hyung-seok said, 'Any police officer would of course do' and said, 'I will do my best to protect the citizens at the scene.'
