Mr. A sued Mr. B, the CEO of the parent company, for sexual assault last year.

Person B was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison in the first trial and was detained in court.

At the appeals trial held in September, victim A directly appeared as a witness.

However, the acquaintances of Mr. A, who were waiting for the trial, heard a story that made their ears suspicious.

A man who appears to be a greeting from the perpetrator B's side was talking on the phone and pouring out threatening words as if to listen to those around him.

victims' acquaintances who could not hear them turned on their cell phone recorders.

[Mr. A's acquaintance: As a woman, it was shuddering just to hear such a story from the side.

hearing about the situation, Mr. A was terrified and asked the police for personal protection, but it was not accepted because the damage had not been repeated.

In the end, the victim, Mr. A, left the house and hid somewhere else, unable to even live a normal life properly.

Mr. B was also sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison at the appeals court, and the reporters were able to meet a man who spoke in the courtroom.

The man said that he was living with the perpetrator B as a family.

Regarding the recorded voice, he said, "I think my voice is correct," but "I can't remember," he said.

[Park Jung-ho / Mr. A's lawyer: If the victim's acquaintances were nearby and intentionally said such a word out loud, this part corresponds to a threat of retaliation according to the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.]
