The principal of an elementary school who was released from his position after being caught installing a miniature camera in a female teacher's bathroom will be handed over to the prosecution as early as tomorrow (5th).

Anyang Dongan Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced today that it plans to hand over the 57-year-old man, Park Mo, who was arrested on the 30th of last month, to the prosecution tomorrow.

It has been 9 days since the crime was revealed when a miniature camera hidden in a tissue bag was found in the female teacher's bathroom around 12:30 pm on the 27th of last month.

The police have been concentrating on confiscating and analyzing Park's cell phone, two miniature cameras, a PC and an external hard drive found in the bathroom and the school office.

Among them, it is said that a small amount of additional crimes were confirmed on mobile phones.

The memory chip of the micro camera found in the female teacher's bathroom was damaged to the extent that it was difficult to recognize, so it was sent to the National Police Agency and then sent to a private company for verification.

The police believe that the principal, who was informed of the discovery of the camera, sent the other teachers out and broke them by scratching chips, but the second investigation has not yet been conducted, so the specific facts have not been asked.

However, a police official said, "We plan to conduct a second investigation later this afternoon to confirm further."

The police also charged Park with trespassing into public places for sexual purposes, including trespassing into a female teacher's bathroom, in addition to the charges of using cameras and filming under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.

A police official explained, "If there is any additional confirmation from the evidence being analyzed, we plan to send it further."
