It is known that the CCTV of the prosecution office showed that Mr. Kim, who was in the waiting room, approached Nam lawyer and displayed the number 4 with his finger, while waiting for the elevator after completing the prosecution investigation.

Prosecutors estimate that Mr. Kim and lawyer Nam communicated with each other about the 400 million won check out of the 500 million won in bribes.

Prosecutors also confirmed that Kim Man-bae called a lawyer named Nam, who is living in the United States.

The contact circumstances of those who are in a collusion relationship can be suspected of an attempt to destroy evidence.

Prosecutors also found that lawyer Nam installed a program that can completely delete electronic information on his mobile phone to delete call logs, and the existing mobile phone was destroyed.

Prosecutors are also known to have found out that Kim Man-bae helped install the program on lawyer Nam's cell phone.
