After writing down the diary in the restaurant, there was a report saying that we had received an absurd call from the restaurant owner saying that we should be good friends. When the woman filed a complaint with the police after continuing contact, the restaurant owner changed her attitude, saying that the woman had approached him.

Correspondent Jo Yoon-ha reported.

In July, Mr. A visited a shopping mall restaurant with his two children.

There is no QR code in the restaurant, only a handwritten list, so I wrote down my cell phone number.

But that night, I got a text message from an unknown phone number saying 'I want to be a good friend'.

[Mr A/Victim: I want to talk about my name and become good friends. I didn't see it, so I came back to Kakao Talk like, 'Did I make a mistake?' and 'Did you go to work the next day?'] The

person who sent the text message was the owner of the restaurant where he wrote the memorandum.

When Mr. A warned that 'calling the number on the list is illegal', the restaurant owner replied, 'We just talked in a good way' and 'We want to be comfortable friends'.

It is said that such unpleasant communication continued through KakaoTalk, etc. even after Mr. A blocked receiving text messages.

[Mr A/Victim: What is creepy is that you are actually about the same age as your father, and you are older than your father. She's about the size of her own daughter. No, he's like a nephew... I was surprised that you spoke so casually.]

Unbearable, Mr. A filed a complaint with the police, and it became more difficult after that.

The restaurant owner suddenly changed his attitude and blamed Mr. A.

He claimed that "Mr. A intentionally approached him and gave him his cell phone number, and he only contacted him to help Mr. A, a working mother."

[Mr A/Victim: (People) 'That's a girl!'

I heard all the gossip while doing this, so I came home and cried every day for a while.]

However, after checking the evidence such as text messages, the police found that the restaurant owner's claim had no basis and charged the restaurant owner with charges of violating the Personal Information Protection Act. was handed over to the prosecution.
