There were 1,855 new confirmed cases in Korea as of 9:00 pm yesterday (26th), and the number of confirmed cases to be announced as of 0:00 today is expected to be around 2,000.

670 more than the same time the day before, and 350 more than a week ago.

This is the first confirmed case in two weeks since the 13th, and it is believed that this is due to the easing of the quarantine tension ahead of the gradual recovery of daily life that will begin next week.

The quarantine authorities have previously stated that they are maintaining a sufficient medical response system, saying that the number of confirmed cases may increase as the number of people recovers gradually after going through the relaxed distancing measures that started on the 18th.
