Yesterday, on Sunday, the prosecution summoned Kim Man-bae, the major shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu, and Cheonhwa-dongin No. 4 lawyer Nam Wook again to investigate.

[Kim Man-bae / Hwacheon Daeyu Major Shareholder: (Did you write the scenario of delivering 70 billion won?) All of that is fiction.]

Earlier, the prosecution said that Kim Man-bae promised to provide 70 billion won to Yoo in exchange for preferential treatment for the Daejang-dong project. He offered a bribe of 500 million won, and claimed that he had made huge profits and caused damage to Seongnam City, and requested an arrest warrant for Kim.

However, the court dismissed the arrest, saying the reasons for the arrest were not sufficiently explained.

Then, on the 21st, the prosecution reorganized the charges related to the two people by handing over former general manager Yoo to trial.

The charge of providing 500 million won in bribes disappeared and the charge of breach of trust to Seongnam City was withheld, but the promise of providing profits of 70 billion won was confirmed as a substantive crime.

It is also known that the prosecution intends to include 5 billion won paid to the son of Assemblyman Kwak Sang-do by Hwacheon Daeyu as part of the charges against Kim.

However, Kim's side denies the allegations.

It is also said that the transcript of the promise to provide 70 billion won was made with a biased opinion, requesting a fair investigation.

In the midst of this, it is known that the prosecution is checking whether the statements of those around him that lawyer Jeong Min-yong, who was in charge of the Daejang-dong project at Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, directly reported the details of the project to the mayor at the time, Lee Jae-myung, are true.

However, Lee Jae-myung's side denied it, saying that it had never received such a report.
