The informant claimed that it was not the first time that the expired ingredients were used at lunch on the 19th, and that they served curry that had expired 3 months.
He also reported that the eggs that were served on the 11th looked like there was something wrong with anyone looking at them, but they said that there was a problem during cooking and just passed it on.
The unit explained that the expired curry was provided, but it was identified during lunch and immediately discarded.
He added that he is taking this matter seriously and that he will thoroughly investigate the entire food service.
