Attorney Nam Wook's return to Korea could be a breakthrough in the faltering prosecution investigation.

Reporter Bae Jun-woo pointed out how the investigation into the so-called 'Daejang-dong 4 people', including lawyer Nam, will be conducted.

<Reporter> As the

prosecution summoned accountant Jeong Young-hak on the 27th of last month and secured 19 recorded files, the investigation into the Daejanggyeong allegation took off rapidly.

Based on the transcript, the former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu was arrested on charges of bribery, but the prosecution's arrest warrant for Kim Man-bae, the owner of Hwacheon Daewoo, a key figure in the ensuing suspicion of Daejang-dong, was dismissed.

The setbacks in the investigation into the so-called '5 billion won promise group', as well as allegations of lobbying against the Seongnam City Council for 35 billion won were inevitable, including the suspicion of providing 70 billion won to the former general manager Dong-gyu Yoo, contained in the transcript.

The prosecution, which is reviewing the request for an arrest warrant for Kim, needs to secure additional physical evidence in addition to the transcript of accountant Jeong Young-hak.

At this point, another core of the Daejang-dong allegation, the investigation of lawyer Nam-wook, could be a new breakthrough in the investigation.

However, lawyer Nam also said that he had heard of the offer of 70 billion won, and said the same thing as accountant Jeong, but said that the so-called 'He' of the so-called Cheonhwa-dongin No. In particular, he is showing an attitude to avoid legal responsibility by emphasizing that he has been excluded from the Daejang-dong project since 2015.

Prosecutors are considering whether to execute an arrest warrant and bring him to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office as soon as lawyer Nam arrives at Incheon Airport tomorrow (18th).

As the suspects in Daejang-dong are already walking the path of their own survival by deferring responsibility to others, there are also observations that the prosecution will launch a major newspaper against these four people.
