▲ Former Busan Mayor Oh Keo-don

SBS first met and interviewed former Busan Mayor Oh Keo-don, a victim of sexual harassment.

A year and a half had passed since the incident, but the victim still could not recover his daily life, and the continuous secondary assault continued during the trial process.

At that time, the promises made to the victims by the politicians were not being kept properly, and the victims were fully receiving the secondary perpetrators that are characteristic of power-based sex crimes.

The victim also confessed that from the day of the incident until Mayor Oh's resignation, persistent conciliation and pressure from Mayor Oh continued.

It is said that there were pressures such as "Let's solve the problem softly", "Employees lose their jobs when things get bigger", and "It is difficult to resign right away ahead of the general election."

Earlier, in April of last year, the then-mayor of Busan, Oh Keo-don, admitted to sexually harassing an employee and resigned.

Then, in June, Mayor Oh was sentenced to three years in prison on charges such as forced sexual assault and assault in the first trial.

Mayor Oh's attorney appealed, and the second hearing of the appeals court was held today (13th).
