Man-bae, the owner of Hwacheon Daeyu, is attending the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office at 10 am today to be investigated.
Prosecutors arrested Yoo Dong-gyu, the former head of the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, and stated that Kim had bribed him of 500 million won.
Kim is also known to have mentioned that there is an amount of 35 billion won prepared for lobbying by the Seongnam City Council in a transcript submitted to the prosecution by Jeong Young-hak, an accountant who worked with him as a private operator of the Daejang-dong development project.
In addition, as it is known that this recording file contains information that it has agreed to give 70 billion won to a specific person, the prosecution plans to intensively investigate whether there are any suspicions of preferential treatment and lobbying against Kim during the Daejang-dong development project.
As it is known that Kim borrowed 47.3 billion won from the Hwacheon Daewoo Company, an investigation into the purpose of this money will be conducted.
In the midst of this, the prosecution continued the investigation by calling in lawyer Jeong two days in a row to check the credibility of the statement submitted by lawyer Jeong Mo, who worked under the former head of the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation under Dong-gyu Yoo.
It is known that lawyer Jung's statement contained contents such as mentioning that former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu had agreed to receive 70 billion won.
