ING is experiencing a disruption on Friday afternoon.

As a result, customers cannot, among other things, do internet banking.

A spokesperson confirms that the bank is experiencing a malfunction.

"As a result, the Mobile Banking app and Mijn ING do not work. We apologize for that," said the spokesperson.

It is not yet clear what caused the outage.

"We are currently investigating that."

It is therefore unable to give an indication of when the problems should be solved.
