At a time when the practice of assault in the sports industry was on the rise due to the case of the late Choi Sook-hyeon, the Hanche University, who heard the news, hastily expelled Mr. B within a month.



Last month, more than a year later, Mr. B was found guilty in the first trial of the criminal trial, and it was expected that his expulsion due to school violence would remain the same.



However, an unexpected result was obtained in the administrative lawsuit filed by Mr. B saying that the expulsion was unfair.



The Seoul Administrative Court accepted Mr. B's claim that the school's disciplinary process was wrong.



The court judged that the defect was recognized under the Administrative Procedure Act, saying, "Before the disqualification, there was no prior notice to Mr.



Immediately after filing an administrative lawsuit, an application for suspension of execution was also accepted, and Mr. B continued his school life.



On the other hand, victim A, who gave up handball in this case, was angry, saying he could not accept the result of the lawsuit.
