This was reported by the Russian state corporation Roscosmos.

"The State Commission made a decision to take out a space rocket as part of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle, the Fregat upper stage and 34 OneWeb spacecraft to the launch complex of site 31 on the morning of September 11," the message says.

The spacecraft are scheduled to launch on September 14th.

It will become the tenth in the OneWeb program and the fourth completed from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Earlier, the Space Forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces successfully launched the Soyuz-2.1v carrier rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
