After a divorce from her husband, a 20-something who tried to murder her son, who was an elementary school student, admitted to all charges at the first trial.

The 2nd Criminal Division of the Jeju District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Judge Chan-su Jang) held the first trial against A (28), who was charged with attempted murder and violating the Child Welfare Act today (9th).

According to the prosecution's indictment, Mr. A is accused of attempting to kill his son B (7), a first-year elementary school student, by strangulation or threatening with a weapon at his home in Jeju City four times from May to July.

In the process, it was confirmed that Mr. A also made remarks such as "Let's go to heaven together" to group B.

Fortunately, whenever Mr. A commits a crime, group B resists violently, and the crime was only attempted.

A was also receiving child support of 500,000 won a month from her ex-husband, but it turned out that she had not taken care of her meals properly during that time.

During the police investigation, Mr. A stated, "After divorced from my husband, I committed a crime after experiencing hardship and depression.

Group B is known to have requested help from her maternal grandmother, "Take me to her house," after Mr. A's threatening behavior was repeated several times.

The maternal grandmother, who thought this was strange, brought Army B to her house and reported the suspected abuse to the police.

Group B is currently living with her maternal grandmother.

Mr. A asked the judge today, "Do you admit the charges?"Yes," he replied, crying.

A's lawyer asked the court to continue the trial, saying, "It is necessary to review whether Mr. A's mental or physical disability and the part that may have affected the crime in this case."
