The Seoul Metropolitan Government has started to seize the deposits of these delinquent inmates.



Deferred money is money that prisoners can buy food and daily necessities, and can keep up to 3 million won in their account.



In addition to the detention money, labor compensation and work incentive money received for working in prison are subject to seizure.



It's not enough compared to the taxes they haven't paid, but there's a reason for foreclosure.



Just like the statute of limitations for general crimes, even if the tax is arrears, the collection authority disappears after 5 years.
