The crime method of a man in his 20s who abused the 5-year-old son of his cohabitation woman and left him unconscious due to brain hemorrhage has been revealed in court.

In the first trial held on the 1st (today) as a hearing by the 13th Criminal Division of the Incheon District Court (Chief Judge Ho Seong-ho), the prosecution announced the specific indictment of Mr. said.

According to the prosecution, on the 10th of June, at around 1 pm, in a villa in Namdong-gu, Incheon, Mr. A grabbed 5-year-old group C, the son of Mr. B, who was living with him, with both hands, and slammed it to the floor, causing cerebral hemorrhage.

On the same day, at about 1:30 p.m., Mr. A directly reported to 119, saying, "The child is not breathing."

At the time, it was reported that Mr. B was away from home for a while to conduct banking business.

It has been investigated that A has been habitually abusing K.

Also, in October of last year, it is known that he assaulted Mr. B, who was living with him, by slamming his phone in the head or punching him in the face.

The biological mother B is also accused of physically abusing her son C, including beating her with a mobile phone.

On this day, it is said that Mr. A's lawyer acknowledged the charges of serious injury to child abuse and assaulting Mr. B, but denied some allegations related to the habitual abuse of group C.

Mr. B's attorney generally acknowledged the charges, except for a part of the number of assaults on group C among the charges.

It was investigated that A and B had been abused since last April, such as hitting C on the cheek and back for not listening to him or not being able to study.

The circumstances of their assault were revealed when the hospital medical staff who were treating group C found bruises on both cheeks and forehead, and wounds about 1 cm from the head, suspected of abuse and reported it to the police.
