It was later confirmed that an employee of Seongnam City Hall's HR team had written a document containing the identities of about 150 unmarried female civil servants.

The 12-page document obtained by SBS contains photos, ages, affiliations and ranks of female civil servants.

The time of writing is last year of 2019.

It was identified that it was made by Grade 6 civil servant A, who was working in the personnel team of Seongnam City Hall at the time.

Author A handed this document to Mr. B, a manager-level civil servant at the time, and it was confirmed that Mr. B handed this document to Mr. Lee, who was the former secretary of Seongnam Mayor Eun Su-mi.

Former secretary Lee told reporters that Mr. B, who was a forwarder at the time, told reporters, "Choose someone you like," saying, "Mr. A, who was the second seat of the HR team, made the hard work for a month."

Mr. A, who denied the fact that the document was written, admitted that it was the document he made when the Seongnam-si self-investigation began after the SBS interview.

Seongnam City Hall saw that A violated the Personal Information Protection Act and requested the police to investigate.

He also apologized to the female employees who appeared in the document.

More details will be provided on SBS '8 News' shortly.
