We obtained 119 transcripts of the accident at the time of the accident of the late Jang Hee-won, who died while eating at a disabled person protection center in Incheon.

In the transcript of 119 obtained by SBS, the condition of Mr. Jang, who was unable to breathe because of food caught in his throat, was fully contained.

An employee of the protection center for the disabled who called 911 immediately after Jang collapsed explained the condition, "(Mr. Jang) is unable to breathe because the airway is blocked while eating."

Then, the paramedics instructed, "CPR to Ms. Jang", but it turned out that there was no response from Mr. Jang at the time of CPR.

When the paramedics asked if Jang had a disability, the center staff said, "He is a person with a disability, but there is nothing bad about breathing or bronchi."

CPR continued, but it turned out that Jang's consciousness did not return.

The center staff said, "Mr. Jang got stuck (in the throat) while eating gimbap," and said, "I can't breathe."

Then, in Jang's prayer, which was transferred to the hospital, tteokbokki rice cakes and gimbap with a size of 4 or 5 cm were found.

Jang, who continued treatment for life-sustaining, eventually passed away on the 12th, 6 days after the accident.
