Pusan National University announces the final conclusion today (24th) regarding the suspicion of Jo Min, the daughter of former Minister Cho Kuk, for the medical school entrance exam.

Pusan National University will hold a press conference at 1:30 pm today at the main building of the university headquarters and explain the results of the investigation.

At the press conference, it is known that the results of the Pusan National University Admissions Process Management Committee's investigation regarding Mr. Cho and the final conclusion of the university headquarters will be announced.

Pusan National University opened the Fair Trade Commission on April 22 this year to investigate the allegations of Mr. Cho's entrance exam.

After holding a weekly meeting, the Fair Trade Commission conducted an investigation on Mr. Cho's admission documents and the selection committee at the time, and it is said that he heard the vocation of Mr. Cho.

It is a matter of interest whether Pusan National University's judgment will coincide with Cho's mother, Jeong Kyung-shim, a professor at Dongyang University.

The lower court and the appeals court against Professor Jung judged that the so-called 'seven major specifications' that Cho used for college admissions were false, and sentenced Professor Jung to imprisonment.

If Pusan National University cancels Cho's admission, it is highly likely that his doctor's license will also be invalidated.

Article 5 of the current Medical Law stipulates that only those who have received a bachelor's degree from a medical school and a master's or doctoral degree from a medical school are eligible to obtain a doctor's license.
