Pablo Guardiola
(Calle Mayor, 86), a place of rice and fish with an exquisite treatment that used to be located in the coastal town of Los Nietos and now It is in Los Belones, in the interior, where I have always spent the summer.

Paradise is on the beaches of Calblanque
, within the Regional Park of Calblanque, Monte de las Cenizas and Peña del Águila, near the Mar Menor. In winter you can go by car on roads surrounded by mountains, but in summer, being a protected natural park, it can only be accessed by bus, which is great. The beaches are huge, beautiful, and have nothing to envy anyone in the Caribbean. Around there is nothing, only mountains, fine golden sand and crystal clear waters in which the fish can be seen.
Another incredible place for me is
Cabo de Palos
, a small fishing village that is close to Calblanque. It has an emblematic lighthouse and incredible coves for diving. It is a very special summer place, full of bars, which are also open in winter, and where you can go to eat roe and mojama with almonds [typical tapa made of tuna roe and Almadraba mojama] and a beer. For me that is Murcia, precious.
Another very beautiful space that I went to a lot when I lived there, to relax and because it gave me the sensation of breathing, is
the Sanctuary of La Fuensanta
, the patron saint of Murcia, located on top of a mountain next to the city.
The place is beautiful, because from above you can see the whole city.
Murcia is in a valley and from the top you get a little perspective of the environment.
Around the mountain there are many trails and routes for very pleasant walks ".
