The former president and his wife's side argued that when the building and land in Nonhyeon-dong, which were in the public auction process for the recovery of the 5.78 billion won in fines confirmed by the Supreme Court earlier, were sold for 11.156 billion won, "it cannot be sold as a lump sum." He filed an administrative lawsuit against the company and applied for suspension of execution, but the Seoul Administrative Court rejected it.
