Jung Mo, a reporter for a comprehensive programming channel, was summoned by the police on charges of receiving money from Mr. Kim, who pretended to be a fisherman.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Violent Crime Investigation Team conducted an investigation into Jung for about 10 hours and 40 minutes from 10 am today (25th).
Jung is accused of receiving tuition assistance from Mr. Kim while attending graduate school at a private university in Seoul.
