He continued, "In particular, in the metropolitan area, which accounts for 70% of the confirmed cases, the daily average number of confirmed cases increased by 24% from 799 to 990 compared to the first week of July, before the 4th stage of distancing was implemented. "In order to stop the spread of infection, we have no choice but to reduce private gatherings and travel," he said.
