In Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, a car consignment vehicle struck passers-by while crossing a crosswalk, killing three people and injuring nine others.



At around 9 am, at Hanjae Intersection in Gwangmu-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, a consignment vehicle loaded with 6 cars crashed 10 cars one after another without slowing down on the downhill road and hit six passers-by while crossing the crosswalk.



So far, 3 people have died and 9 people have been injured in this accident, but there are patients who have been transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest.



It is known that the victims were mainly elderly people on public work, who were crossed the road with their companions and suffered a bowel movement.



Police and fire departments are investigating the cause of the accident with the possibility that the brakes of the consignment vehicle may have ruptured.



In the Hanjae Intersection where the accident occurred in March, a 4.5-ton truck crashed into a commercial building due to breakage of the brake on the downhill road, and the driver was seriously injured.
