“Work is underway to create a biochip prototype for the indication of the actual causative agents of community-acquired pneumonia, including the SARS-CoV-2 virus,” the ministry’s website said in a statement.
It is noted that work on the creation of a biochip is being carried out at the Engineering Center for Microtechnology and Diagnostics of ETU "LETI".
The scientific and technological foundations for the creation of biochips have been developed.
Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, signed a document that regulates the possibility of holding mass events in Russian regions, depending on the epidemiological situation.
