Yesterday (3rd) there was a slipping accident due to heavy rain. A bus running in Gangseo-gu, Busan, slipped in the rain, killing one passenger and injuring three others.

At around 5:20 pm yesterday, a 25-seater bus that was running on a four-lane road in Gangseo-gu, Busan overturned.



The accident bus is a commuter bus for employees operated by the Goo Education Center.



At the time, six people were on board, including the driver, and a 61-year-old female passenger was killed in the accident and three passengers were injured and taken to a nearby hospital.



Police believe the bus slipped in the rain and are investigating the exact cause of the accident.

At around 7:20 pm yesterday evening, 140 houses in Yeonhui-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon suffered a power outage for about three hours.



The Korea Electric Power Corporation believes that the power outage occurred as a street tree swayed by heavy rain and wind touched the high-voltage wire.
